Paedophile Politicians Are Above The Law says EU!

From:  Before Its News

COMMENT - Note this is not true for drone contractors or other industry war criminals.  Dan is probably wishing he had kept running for office.

ARTICLE

The question that I’ve been asking is, how can politicians be above the law? Well according to the European Union, all politicians of member states have immunity against prosecution for all criminal and civil offenses with the exception of hate crimes and parking offenses, which beggars belief!
Article 28 of the Treaty of 8 April 1965 establishing a Single Council and a Single Commission of the European Communities (the merger treaty) lays down that the European Communities shall enjoy in the territories of the Member States such privileges and immunities as are necessary for the performance of their tasks, under the conditions laid down in the protocol annexed to that treaty.
Articles 9 and 10 says…
Article 9
Members of the European Parliament shall not be subject to any form of inquiry, detention or
legal proceedings in respect of opinions expressed or votes cast by them in the performance
of their duties.
‘Article 10
During the sessions of the European Parliament its Members shall enjoy:
(a)    in the territory of their own State, the immunities accorded to members of their parliament;
(b)   in the territory of any other Member State, immunity from any measure of
detention and from legal proceedings.
(c)    Immunity shall likewise apply to Members while they are travelling to and from the place of meeting of the European Parliament.
(d)   Immunity cannot be claimed when a Member is found in the act of committing an offence and shall not prevent the European Parliament from exercising its right to waive the immunity of one of its Members.’

“UK POLITICIANS ARE IMMUNE FROM QUESTIONING OR PROSECTION”

So the only time a politician isn’t immune is when they are caught in the act of committing an offense. So if the Cook Report Tapes ever show up then perhaps Ken Clarke could be prosecuted for sexually assaulting me as he would have been filmed in the act of committing a crime. Unfortunately, the lawyers protecting these politicians have placed a time limit on even making a complaint, so Ken Clarke could escape questioning on those grounds if the tapes were found and made public. Effectively, the UK parliament and European Union have given members of parliaments a license to get away with murder, literally. In general, this form of immunity is such that, unless the British Parliament or the EU gives its authorization, no member may be arrested or prosecuted for acts not carried out in the performance of their duties.  MORE

Clare Daly Speaks from the Irish Parliament

From: You Tube

Clare Daly rose to name and denounce Barack Obama as a war criminal and
"hypocrite of the century" in Irish Parliament.

Obama may be immunized from prosecution, for now, by his positions as president for now.  'For now' are the operative words here, but drone contractors and others who participate and enable can claim no such protection.

Stay tuned, more is coming.

Exposed: The Harrowing Impact of America's Deadly Drone War in Pakistan

From: AlterNet

COMMENT - Obama lies consistently, persistently, and with real sincerity.  Scary, don't you think?

A drone strike that killed 42 people is the focus of filmmaker Robert Greenwald's new video on the American war in Pakistan.

President Barack Obama’s big speech on U.S. counter-terror policy last month promised that drone strikes were “legal,” “heavily constrained” and only carried out if there is “near-certainty that no civilians will be killed or injured.” But the use of the most deadly type of drone attacks calls that rhetoric into question. Known as “signature strikes,” these drone attacks are launched on groups of people who fit the “signature” of militants and terrorists but whose identities are not always known--and they constitute the bulk of strikes carried out in Pakistan, leading to civilian casualties.
Now, a new campaign launched by Brave New Foundation’s War Costs project is looking to expose the impact of “signature strikes” on civilian populations living under the threat of drones. The group has started apetition drive aimed at Congress to demand an end to those types of strikes. Brave New Foundation is partnering with a number of peace and justice groups on the campaign, including Just Foreign Policy, United National Antiwar Coalition, United for Peace and Justice and more.
“Tell Congress to move now to end these signature strikes, save innocent lives, protect America from the blowback of killing innocent civilians, and restore the rule of law,” the petition states. The campaign comes at a moment when some members of Congress are exploring ways to put limits on the Obama administration's use of drone strikes. The administration recently allowed a small number of Congressional officials to look at White House legal memos on drone attacks, though they haven't been released to the public. The Obama administration recently affirmed in a brief that the public has no right to see the Justice Department opinions laying out the legal basis for the drone war.  MORE

Mueller: FBI Employs Drones Domestically

From:  NewsMax

COMMENT - We all knew they were lying because their mouths were moving.

The FBI uses drones in domestic surveillance operations in a “very, very minimal way,” Director Robert Mueller said.
Mueller, in Senate testimony today, acknowledged for the first time that the Federal Bureau of Investigation uses “very few” drones in a limited capacity during its investigations.
“It’s very seldom used and generally used in a particular incident when you need the capability,” Mueller said when asked about the bureau’s use of pilotless aircraft with surveillance capabilities.
Lawmakers, including Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Patrick Leahy, and civil liberties groups have raised concerns about the impact on privacy of drones used by federal law enforcement agencies. The Homeland Security Department regularly deploys drones to oversee the southern border.

60 Million People in the U.S. Negatively Affected By Someone Else's Pathology (Think Sociopaths and Psychopaths)

COMMENT - And they are not even calculating the impact of war, either as traditionally played, or the economic war for which drone contractors play such an important part!

What happens because of pathology affects us all.
Do you believe someone else's pathology is none of your business? Or it's simply an 'unfortunate turn of events' for the person in a Pathological Love Relationship? Or that what happens to someone else doesn't affect you? What happens because of pathology affects us all.
An astute student asked "How many people does pathology negatively affect?" We did a little math....

304 million people live in the U.S.

One in 25 people will have the disorders associated with 'no conscience' which include antisocial personality disorder, sociopath, and psychopath.

304 million divided by 25 = 12.16 million have no conscience.
Each antisocial/psychopath will negatively affect approximately 5 partners with their pathology.
12.16 million x 5 = 60.8 million people!

If existing medical conditions (like Diabetes or Heart Disease) or a more readily recognized mental health problem like Depression affected 60.8 million people, there would be a public educational campaign. Celebrities would jump on board to help the world recognize the disorder/disease. One would see billboards, walk-a-thons, and a proclamation signed by the President for Pathology Awareness Week. But there is none of that. Not only does Pathology slink silently by without recognition or assistance to others to recognize it, it racks up enormous financial debt for anyone and any system in its path.  MORE

Ron Paul: Edward Snowden May Be Target of US Drone Strike

Former Rep. Ron Paul (R-Texas) warned Tuesday that the U.S. government may use a drone missile to kill Edward Snowden, who recently leaked classified information on National Security Administration surveillance programs.
"I'm worried about somebody in our government might kill him with a cruise missile or a drone missile," Paul said during an interview on Fox Business News. "I mean, we live in a bad time where American citizens don't even have rights and that they can be killed. But the gentleman is trying to tell the truth about what's going on."
Snowden, a former NSA contractor, fled to Hong Kong before disclosing over the weekend that he was behind the leaks of information on NSA's sweeping monitoring of phone calls and Internet data. His actions have reignited a debate on Capitol Hill around security and civil liberties, and revived bipartisan legislation aimed at declassifying court opinions used to justify mass surveillance.

Paul, an ardent libertarian whose son, Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.), waged an hours-long Senate filibuster in March in protest of the administration's drone policy, lamented that Americans are in an age "where people who tell the truth about what the government is doing" get in trouble.

"I don't think for a minute that he is a traitor," Ron Paul said of Snowden. "Everybody is worried about him and what they're going to do and how they're going to convict him of treason and how they're going to kill him. But what about the people who destroy our Constitution? ... What do we think about people who assassinate American citizens without trials and assume that's the law of the land? That's where our problem is."
Paul has a fan in Snowden: Campaign finance reports show that Snowden donated $250 to Paul's presidential campaign twice in 2012.

diy radio and drone jammer
Spark gap transmitters are the oldest type of radio transmitter made by man. They were first used around 1888 and remained legal until the 1920s when their use became greatly restricted. World War II delayed their complete ban outside of emergency communications for a few years. Now the only way to use them legally is inside a faraday cage. They operate as jammers for the same reason they were banned, they take up a lot of the radio spectrum. If you ever want to or have to jam drone or radio signals, make one of these.

House Passes Ban on Drone Strikes Against US Citizens

COMMENT -  Now, how do these yokels define 'combat?'  See 14 year old boy facing jail time for wearing an NRA shirt.

An amendment to the National Defense Authorization Act for fiscal year 2014 that will ban drone strikes against American citizens passed in the House on Friday.
However, the amendment does contain an exception for Americans “actively engaged in combat against the United States”.
Below is the full amendment:
SEC. 12l. PROHIBITION ON USE OF DRONES TO KILL UNITED STATES CITIZENS.

(a) PROHIBITION.—The Department of Defense may not use a drone to kill a citizen of the United States.
(b) EXCEPTION.—The prohibition under subsection shall not apply to an individual who is actively engaged in combat against the United States.
(c) DEFINITION.—In this section, the term ‘‘drone’’ means an unmanned aircraft (as defined in section 331 of the FAA Modernization and Reform Act of 2012 (49 U.S.C. 40101 note)).
The 2014 NDAA now heads to the Senate.

Spy Drone Can See What You Are Wearing From 17,500 Feet (Video)

From:  Before It's News

COMMENT - Do we really want these scumbags checking out our fashion decisions and every other imaginable thing we do as we pay the costs?  Paying for their fantasy lives is outrageous and has nothing to do with security for us, though certainly it is providing security for them, financially and otherwise.

A new camera developed by the Pentagon’s research arm was highlighted in a recent special on PBS’ “Nova” in an episode called “Rise of the Drones.” It’s a camera system so detailed it can discern specific movements and even what a subject is wearing.
The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency’s (DARPA’s) Autonomous Real-Time Ground Ubiquitous Surveillance Imaging System (ARGUS) has 1.8 billion pixels (1.8 gigapixels), making it the world’ highest resolution camera. The sensors on the camera are so precise, PBS stated it is the equivalent to the capabilities of 100 Predator drones in a medium city.
The NSA has thiese mind blowing capabilities to tap into our daily lives, drones in the skies that can do what this story says it can do and im sure much more and yet they couldnt catch the Boston bombers?  I’d say thats a monumental failure on their part.  Not only are they invasive but they seem to suck at thier jobs, unless of course they wanted that to happen.  It’s all speculation on that part.

DARPA is the pet project of the military industial complex so im not much of a fan.  They spend billions on killing machines instead of solving world hunger or anything that would have a positive impact on human life on this planet. -Mort

Brazil to use drones above stadiums at Confederations Cup, paving the way for their use at the 2014 World Cup

From:  MailOnline

COMMENT - Actually, using drones as targets has much for potential for a real sporting event.

  • Unmanned aircraft are among a raft of new security measures being brought in
  • These include stadium fly-overs by Air Force jets and helicopters kitted out with surveillance equipment
  • Confederations Cup is being seen as a 'dry run' for next year's World Cup and the 2016 Rio Olympics

UPDATED: 01:50 EST, 14 June 2013

Brazilian police are to use surveillance drones to monitor crowds at the Confederations Cup football tournament, paving the way for their use at next year's World Cup.
The unmanned aircraft are among a raft of security measures being brought in including thermal cameras, stadium fly-overs by Air Force fighter jets and helicopters kitted out with surveillance equipment including high-resolution, night-vision and thermal cameras.
The Confederations Cup football tournament gets underway this weekend, with thousands of fans from across the world expected to attend.

Safety in numbers: The drill was undertaken at the Military Police headquarters
Back-up: Thousands of extra troops are being brought in to patrol the stadiums used for the Confederations Cup
But experts say visitors will be immediately vulnerable to street crime once they venture away from secured areas.
They may run even a greater risk than usual, as many police are being taken from their regular street duties to patrol areas around the stadiums.

Last week Sportsmail columnist Adrian Durham was mugged at knifepoint in Rio de Janeiro after England's friendly against Brazil.
Officials said they've deployed the most extensive security apparatus ever in what is regarded as a dry run for next year's World Cup.
'We are strongly concerned with ensuring safety and security to all our athletes, tourists, heads of state and delegations,' Sports Minister Aldo Rebelo told reporters on a conference call earlier this week.

Some 45,000 personnel will be deployed in the tournament's six host cities, according to SESGE, the government agency created in 2011 to coordinate security at the mega-events.
According to SESGE, one guard will be assigned for every 50 spectators at the matches, which kick off on Saturday when Brazil plays Japan in the tournament's opening game in the capital, Brasilia.
In addition to 3,500 military police officers, the security detail at Saturday's match will also include a battalion of riot police with two armored vehicles, a canine unit of sniffer dogs trained to detect drugs and explosives as well as eight sharpshooters, said Fabio Pizetta, the head of Brazilia's riot police division.
As host for the event, as well as a papal visit in July, next year's World Cup and the 2016 Olympics, Brazil's government is going to great lengths to curb crime and violence.

But the country still has an alarmingly high murder rate, and armed thefts and carjackings continue to be facts of daily life.
Express kidnappings, where individuals are abducted and forced to withdraw funds from automated teller machines to secure their release, are common, as are muggings, robberies, pickpocketing, bag snatching and drug dealing.
Following the partial collapse of the roof of the Arena Fonte Nova in Salvador there were grave concerns that the tournament may not go as smoothly as planned.
The Fonte Nova Participacoes (FNP) group, which manages the stadium, is adamant the collapse of the roof was nothing more than a freak disturbance.

Brazil's preparations for the World Cup are believed to be behind schedule and two of the six stadiums scheduled for use at this month's tournament missed FIFA's deadline.
Last month police staged a series of rigorous training exercises in preparation for the Confederation Cup which saw participants posing as hooligans staging mock riots.
There was also similar training exercises in Rio de Janeiro, where the military practised their crowd control routines and the Navy were drilled to guard against any potential terrorist attacks.

How To Kill A Drone: Since Drones Can Kill Americans, Americans Can Kill Drones, Here’s How

From:  DProgram

COMMENT - Since it is clear the highly disordered and psychopathic who populate the ranks of drone contractors are not going to do the right thing themselves more steps are necessary. L-3 Communications, mentioned below in these instructions, (See just one example of their cooperative relationship in the linked NEWS RELEASE)  The company is Headquartered in NY but also operating at these locations.

Reading through the connections and multiple locations for just the drone companies reveals the enormous size of the infrastructure government has built and clearly intends to use to control Americans.

INSTRUCTIONS

Since Barack Obama recently took it upon himself to label himself ‘dictator’ with free will to kill Americans with drones, isn’t it time that Americans learn how to fight back and kill drones? Where there is a will, there is a way! This excellent article informs Americans who are completely disgusted with the ‘Police State’ our once free nation has become on how to kill UAV’s. If UAV’s are going to be used to kill Americans, Americans need to learn how to fight back. Our GOD given right to defend our own lives is a much higher power than either Barack Obama or the 2nd Amendment of the US Constitution or the US Pentagon and their killing machines. These monsters DESERVE to be grounded. Here’s how to do it!
The UAVs have two alternative systems for communication.
Line of sight radio :
In the military C-Band  500 – 1000 MHz that can be jammed with simple spark-gap radio

Satellite communication :
In the Ku-Band between 10.95 – 14.5 GHz, and  the satellite can be jammed.
The Uplink-Band to the satellite is 13.75 – 14.5 GHz
The Downlink-Band from the satellite is 10.95 – 12.75 GHz
And you should jam the Uplink frequencies with a jammer directed at the satellite.

uavcom.jpg (29230 bytes)

uavparab.jpg (39257 bytes)

The satellite link system is from L-3
Communications.

Specifications.pdf

Surprisingly, the resistance can tap off the military’s video feeds
As you can see in the specifications, the satellite link system uses the same civilian commercial technology as television broadcasting companies. And the surprise is that the resistance and others have tapped off the videos from the battlefield with simple commercial equipment.
But now the communication is perhaps encrypted.  Read more about SkyGrabber.pdf
If you jam the communication, then the operator becomes blind and the UAV will fly around until it crashes or the fuel is gone. But you must kill both links of communication to kill any rescue.
There are a limited number of satellite channels available which means that the satellite link becomes a bottleneck. The satellite is therefore used as a backup and jammer-rescue channel and for single special operations from far away from the target, while C-band radio is used for multiple simultaneous operations from near the targets. Every military base have their own UAVs that must be operated through the C-band radio. C-band radio is also reported to be used for take off and landing. Which means that the C-band radio is your primary target. The C-band radio is also easier to jam.

Ron Paul: Edward Snowden May Be Target Of U.S. Drone Strike

WASHINGTON -- Former Rep. Ron Paul (R-Texas) warned Tuesday that the U.S. government may use a drone missile to kill Edward Snowden, who recently leaked classified information on National Security Administration surveillance programs.

US terror drone strike kills five in north Yemen: Locals

From:  PressTV

COMMENT - When did American lives become more precious than the lives of people distant from us?  When did  the lives of SWAT team members and other law enforcement become more precious than the lives of ordinary Americans?  And when did the training American law enforcement obviously receives today, change?  Now let's consider the relationship between these questions.

File photo shows a US killer drone.
File photo shows a US killer drone.

At least five people have been killed in an air raid carried out by a US assassination drone in north Yemen, local sources say.

A tribal source said on Sunday that the strike targeted a vehicle in the Khab al-Shath area located in Yemen’s northern province of al-Jawf.

According to witnesses, the first aerial attack was followed by three other raids. However, they did not provide more details about the targets.

The United States has stepped up its killer drone operations in Yemen over the past few years.

On June 1, at least seven people lost their lives in a similar strike in the country’s southern province of Abyan.

In April, Yemeni National Organization for Defending Rights and Freedoms said unmanned US drones had conducted more than 80 air attacks in the country last year.

Washington has come under fire for increasing the drone attacks in the country, where the people have held many demonstrations to condemn the violation of Yemen’s sovereignty.

According to the Washington-based think tank, the New America Foundation, the US drone attacks in Yemen almost tripled in 2012.

US officials claim that the airstrikes target militants, but local sources say civilians have been the main victims of the attacks.

The US also conducts drone strikes in Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Somalia.

US terror drone kills three Afghan children in Kunar Province

From:  PressTV

Comment - Now, how would that tally look?  Of course, by now it is hard to get all of them on the board.

File photo shows a US killer drone.
File photo shows a US killer drone.

Three children have died in a US killer drone strike carried out in Afghanistan’s northeastern province of Kunar,Press TV reports.

The airstrike was conducted during the early hours of Thursday near the Pakistani border.

Local officials said six other people, including women, were also injured in the attack.

On May 20, at least eight people were killed and several others injured in a similar strike in the eastern province of Kapisa.

Hundreds of civilians have been killed in the US airstrikes in various parts of Afghanistan over the past few years, with Afghans becoming increasingly outraged over the seemingly endless number of deadly assaults.

The United States uses its killer drones in a number of countries including Afghanistan, Pakistan, Yemen and Somalia, claiming the targets of the attacks are militants, but local officials and witnesses say civilians have been the main victims.

According to data released by the Pentagon in February, Afghanistan is becoming a “drone war” with a 72-percent increase in the number of drone strikes from 2011 to 2012. The United States carried out over 500 drone attacks in Afghanistan last year, the Pentagon said.

The United States and its allies invaded Afghanistan in 2001 as part of the so-called war on terror. The offensive removed the Taliban from power, but insecurity remains in the country.
