Green Hills Software Announces INTEGRITY RTOS and MULTI IDE Support for Freescale's QorIQ T4240 64-bit Multicore Processor

From:  Virtualization Journal

By Marketwire

COMMENT - Jack Douglas, a very senior member of the Management Team at Green Hills Software, Inc., will not be appearing, either with, or without his kilt at DESIGN West.  However, rumor has it that in solidarity with Jack his fellow Team Members made a show (excuse the pun) of support at the headquarters for GHS at 30 Sola, Santa Barbara.  The Team, reportedly,  made a special trip so this photo could be taken in an appropriate setting.

Unfortunately Craig (Incest Porn) Franklin, would not be with them as he is busy in Laguna Niguel with his Sugar Daddy Friends.  But Craig sent the photo below this one to let Jack know he is thinking about him.

Kilt Solidarity is what you would expect, right?  Jack Douglas, after all, was only sharing what God gave him.  It does, however, provide a very different take on the word, INTEGRITY for most of us.

Foxboro man in kilt charged with open and gross lewdness in Taunton

From:  Taunton Daily Gazette

COMMENT -The number two man on Green Hills Software's Management Team fell foul of the law in Taunton, MA on April 17th, 2013.  The article below appeared in the local paper.  Jack Douglas gave his address on the POLICE REPORT as 479 South St., Foxboro, MA and not Santa Barbara, where he is actually employed.

This kind of indicator, anti-social and deviant, behavior,  is one of the  reasons Dr. Robert Hare has said those in positions of corporate authority should be tested for psychopathy.

Thanks to the anonymous source who sent this on to me and to the comments by the arresting officer when he was contacted, and to the chief of police.  As noted in the article, a court pre-trial hearing has been scheduled for  June 7th in Taunton District Court.

Authorities in MA were not aware Douglas did not actually live in the state of California until I called, evidently.

Looks like Jack is in to displays of a different kind that DESIGN West, 2013.

TAUNTON — A Foxboro lawyer was arrested Wednesday afternoon after Taunton police said he hoisted up his Scottish kilt exposing himself to diners at a popular chain restaurant.
John Douglas, 59, 479 South St., was charged with a single count of open and gross lewdness and lascivious behavior. He was arraigned Thursday in Taunton District Court and released on his own recognizance.
Police said Douglas was spotted at 3:45 p.m. by an off-duty Massachusetts State Police trooper having lunch with his family at Olive Garden at 983 County St.
The 44-year-old trooper, police said, went outside to confront the man after he and his children noticed Douglas lift the front of his kilt exposing his genitals, and then sit on an embankment separating Olive Garden from Dunkin’ Donuts.
When Douglas sat down, the trooper told cops, his legs were open so that he was still fully exposed.

The trooper told police he and his children were “shocked” by Douglas’s actions.
Douglas said the incident was inadvertent, and was apologetic, police said. He explained that as he was drinking his coffee the garment somehow “lifted up” so that his private parts were exposed, cops said.
Douglas told Taunton Patrolman Omar H. Ricketts that he likes wearing a kilt and doesn’t wear any underwear when he does so. Ricketts also noted finding a pair of denim shorts in the front seat of Douglas’s car.
When reached by phone Thursday, Douglas would only say that wearing a kilt “is a family tradition.” He declined to discuss the legitimacy of the charge.
“I have no comment,” Douglas said.

Douglas also did not deny that he is the same corporate attorney who in 1992 wrote the “Reebok Rules,” an article that lays out a strategy for achieving a successful in-house legal department.
Douglas graduated Harvard University with a juris doctorate (J.D.) according to Martindale.com, an online site for lawyers.
A man or woman found guilty of open and gross lewdness and lascivious behavior can be sentenced to no more than three years in state prison or no more than two years in jail, according to Massachusetts General Law. A judge also has the option of imposing a maximum fine of $300.
Douglas is due back in court for a pretrial hearing on June 7.

Rachel Maddow, Noor Behram, and dead children - Let's sue the drone contractors, too.

From:  NBC Rachel Maddow, facebook

COMMENT - It takes time for the public to 'get' all of the parts of a complex issue, but this is now happening.  War contractors, not foreseen by the founders as having as cozy a relationship as they have come to have today, were not discussed or allowed for.  Therefore, one of the issues which must be raised, in parallel with the attempts by agencies,  government and politicians to thwart the need for accountability and LIABILITY, are now very much on point.

Clearly, Noor Behram, an attorney in Pakistan now preparing to sue the governmental authorities, needs to add all of those supplying software, components, or other materials needed for production, to his suit.  Fortunately, many of these 'contractors,' including Green Hills Software, Inc., have a presence overseas, so seizing their assets will be far easier than that of government.

I'm volunteering myself as a sort of 'character witness' for the folks at Green Hills Software, well able to give direct testimony, citing specifics and providing evidence, as to their ethics and human concern for children and other non-combatants.   Nice of me, don't you think?

Noor Behram: Photographer of Pakistan's drone victims

Noor Behram: Photographer of Pakistan's drone victims
A local journalist has taken the lead in drawing attention to the victims of drone strikes in the Federally Administered Tribal Areas of Pakistan. Persistent drone attacks in this region have terrorized the community and disorganized the societal structure, which is the basis of support for the people. Noor Behram has dedicated himself to publicizing the tragic consequences of a foreign army pursuing its own aims. He has compiled a dossier of photographs of child victims of drone attacks and of the devastation of destroyed homes and lives.
According to Shahzad Akbar of the Foundation for Fundamental Rights in Islamabad, Noor came to town a year ago and asked for assistance in finding a venue where he could show his photos. When he couldn’t get a gallery to support a showing, he set them up on the street. Since then, his pictures have appeared in numerous news outlets – from The Guardian of London to Rachel Maddow’s television show on MSNBC. On October 7, posters made from these photos adorned and identified our buses as we headed for South Waziristan with Imran Khan’s Peace March.
Noor attended a meeting we held with some family members of victims of drone attacks. [Photos from that October 5th meeting can be found in this collection on Flickr.com.] During the introductions, he busily sifted through a large envelope full of photos. When he spoke, he held up the images that would illustrate his words. Noor says that he has about 100 photos of children who have been killed by drone attacks, but there are many more whose bodies were torn to pieces by the Hellfire missiles that took their lives, or who were already buried by the time he was able to arrive.
The villagers under attack are a very private people, but they have Noor’s cell number and he has earned their trust. When tragedy strikes, they call him, and wherever he is, he rushes to the scene of the disaster to record the event and photograph the devastation. He said:
I don’t face any resistance on the ground because my only reason for taking these photos is to document that there are women and children being killed. The only problem I face is the drones themselves. They talk to me because I am a local person and I am only trying to show how many people are being killed.
Like their children, many women have died in drone strikes; often because they are working in an area, like a kitchen, adjacent to a targeted gathering. Noor has counted 670 women killed in drone strikes to date. Reporting the deaths of women presents a special problem, as many local villagers are loath to even provide their names, much less photographs. However, Noor is compiling a list of women who have died in these attacks, identified by the names of their husbands, fathers, and brothers.
Noor faces many risks in his work, as the CIA has been accused of using a practice called a “double tap”: after an initial attack, drones hover and wait for people (including rescue workers) to arrive at the site; they are said to then launch a follow-up attack. Through his photographs he has made people visible in new, previously unacceptable ways, which can expose him to reactionary elements. And, due to his efforts, he is a political target for forces within the U.S. and Pakistani establishments that may support the drone attacks. But Noor Behram is a man with a mission, and these concerns do not influence his pursuit of justice.

Drone Industry Invokes Boston Bombings in PR Pitch

From:  CNS News
April 22, 2013
COMMENT -  The drone industry, representing its 2,500 plus member, Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems International,  has decided on the appropriate 'spin' and is working to exploit this opportunity to extend profits.

There is nothing wrong with honest profits, but when so many of your members as highly disordered, or display these characteristics, people with conscience would consider what they are really doing.
Perhaps they should police themselves and examine how their technologies are being used instead of just inviting everyone in to profit.

What do you think is happening at GHS at  this moment?
The guy at Green Hills celebrate the spin that enriches as they chant, "More terror, more terror."  And Americans are scared.  Read this article if you doubt, "Americans 'snapping' by the millions."

And whose fault is this?  See above, and their fellow Greedvillians

L - R:  Dan (Drone Boy) O'Dowd, Craig Franklin's newest girl friend, Craig (Incest Porn) Franklin, David Kleidermacher, and Dave Chandler, formerly of Jamestown, New York.

In the wake of the Boston bombings, the president of the largest Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) organization wasted no time in pushing for drones - as some predicted those in the industry would.
Michael Toscano, president of the Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems International, said UASs could have provided critical situational awareness for first responders and law enforcement in Boston.
"UAS could be an important tool in the tool kit for first responders in the event of an emergency," he assured US News and World Report. "Whether it is in response to a natural disaster or a tragedy like we saw in Boston, UAS can be quickly deployed to provide first responders with critical situational awareness in areas too dangerous or difficult for manned aircraft to reach. Our industry is working to develop technologies to provide first responders with the best tools possible to do their jobs safely as they work to protect our communities."
This came as no surprise to those worried about the loss of civil liberties and privacy concerns with the use of drones.
Shahid Buttar, the Executive Director of the Bill of Rights Defense Committee, predicted this type of action immediately following the bombing. He told Wisconsin Reporter it was only a matter of time before someone used the event to call for drones to help in these types of situations.
"I do fear the events in Boston, that someone will say, 'If we would have had a drone over the finish line we would be able to track back the footage and see who it was. It will not surprise me when it happens," Buttar said hours after the tragedy.  MORE

Dan O'Dowd loves knowing he is important and wealthy,  Having achieved this by harboring, and assisting a sexual predator, Craig Franklin, was just one of those little things you have to do to realize your dreams.

Craig realized his fantasies at Green Hills Software, check out the jobs there, maybe you can, too!

An Email from Craig Franklin to his former wife.

Craig shares his happy news

Today I received an email from my former husband, Craig Franklin, whose missive included this terse comment, "thought you would enjoy seeing one of my new girls."

I responded, as copied and pasted below.

" to craig

Yes, but I know you prefer them younger, say around 8 - 12.  I suppose GHS is paying for this via your corporate credit card?  Oh.  Did they pull that along with your job?"

I'm not sure Craig is still employed at GHS.  I've been busy doing my radio talk show, caring for the disabled son Craig abandoned so he could pursue 'other interests.'  If you pursue the 'interest' below and subtract about 20 years you have some idea of what interests Craig.   I wish these facts had been available to me much earlier.

Craig's interests are very focused and becoming more so as he ages far less than gracefully.

For documentation see About Craig.

I suspect Craig, GHS, its president Dan O'Dowd, and other corporates who profit as war contractors, especially for such 'weapons' as drones, share the same morals and ethical imperatives exemplified so clearly here.

Green Hills Software Announces INTEGRITY RTOS and MULTI IDE Support for Altera's Cyclone V SoC

COMMENT - Green Hills Loves John Fund and the Wall Street Journal.

As mentioned earlier on this site, and elsewhere, John Fund, formerly on the Editorial Board of the Wall Street Journal, placed there through the recommendation of Robert Novak in 1983, was a political operative whose relationship with Karl Rove proved to highly advantageous for both.  Fund was a valued asset, through the Clinton years and in the campaign to steal elections.

But then a problem arose.  GHS assisted in solving the problem.

In 2003 Craig Franklin gifted, through certainly Fund understood he and his friends Karl Rove and Dick Cheney were expected to show their gratitude, an uncertified deposition, still hosted on Fund's site, intended to provide evidence Morgan Pillsbury had a borderline personality disorder.  She had been told this by Craig Franklin, Senior Vice President of Green Hills Software, and her adopted father sometime before Craig tried to get her into bed, which Fund did do in October, 1998.  Craig - Incest Porn

Fund had dated Morgan's mother in the early 80s.  John told the kids to call him, "Uncle John, calling his old friend for updates on the family."  Perhaps John was also into incest?

Morgan was busy, in 1998, assisting his adopted father with his divorce from her mother, Melinda Pillsbury-Foster.  Craig tried to crawl into bed with her in December of that year.  Even so, they kept chatting.  Morgan Pillsbury – Franklin Transcript” (late 1999)

The tough part here, is finding people, among these characters, who were normal.

The Movie is being written, and Dan and Craig get starring parts.
